Jose enters his second year as the Athletics Recruiting Coordinator after serving 4 seasons as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Fisher College. He will continue the role of Assistant Coach in conjunction with his new role within the Athletic Department. Diaz will be responsible for all student-athlete eligibility as well as monitoring the recruitment of incoming athletes.

Diaz earned a Bachelor's Degree in Buniess Mangement from Fisher College in 2009.
