Head Coach Scott Dulin just finished his sixteenth year at Fisher College as Head Baseball Coach. For six straight seasons (2004-2009), Dulin was named the Sunrise Conference Baseball Coach of the Year. Additionally, he was named the NAIA Region X Baseball Coach of the Year for five consecutive seasons (2004-2008), and was named the 2007 recipient of the NAIA Region X Coach of Character Award. Coach Dulin has coached numerous All Conference and All Region Players, four Rookies of the Year, six Players of the Year, and has seen several players go on to play professionally. In the 16 years, Fisher College Baseball has compiled a record of 417-344-2 and has qualified for post season play every year since 2003. Combined, Fisher College varsity teams 12 conference titles, have had nationally ranked teams, and participation numbers have tripled from year one to now.
Before beginning the Athletics and Baseball programs at Fisher College, Dulin was the head coach and Assistant Athletics Director at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy for two years. Prior to that, he was an assistant coach at his alma mater University of Maine at Farmington. Coach Dulin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UMF, where he was a four-year starter in the infield and a two-time captain. In 2004, Dulin was named as an Envoy to Costa Rica while working for Major League Baseball International where he taught the game of baseball to some and introduced it to others. In 2011, Coach Dulin was awarded a Masters of Education with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Endicott College.
Scott, his wife Kara, and their daughter Ella reside in Andover, Massachusetts. When Scott is not on the field or at the college, he and his family are usually out discovering different parts of the world. They have traveled to Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Europe, Egypt, Tunisia, Maldives, and Costa Rica.
